Big Pools, Tight Schedules
Commercial pools work harder than any backyard pool: more swimmers, more chemicals and longer hours. Classic Marcite resurfaces and renovates commercial pools across Central Florida, including pools at theme parks, water parks, hotels and resorts, and community and HOA pools.
Our crews are our own employees, so we can staff a large job and plan the work around the days the pool has to be closed. We have been resurfacing pools in Orlando since 1988.
What We Do for Commercial Pools
- Resurfacing in marcite, quartz, pebble and polished aggregate finishes
- Waterline tile, depth markers and step trim
- Crack and surface repairs
- Deck resurfacing around the pool
- Renovations of older commercial pools
Planning a Commercial Resurfacing
We work with property managers, facility teams and HOA boards from the first walk-through:
- Walk-through. We inspect the pool and talk through your schedule and closure window
- Proposal. You get a clear scope: finish, tile, repairs and timing
- Prepare and repair. The pool is drained, the old surface prepared and repairs made
- Resurface. Our crews apply the new finish, tile and trim
- Reopen. The pool is refilled and the water balanced for start-up
